Desidero ringraziarti x questo video perché mi ha riportato alla mente che da bambino vidi un ciclo di trasmissioni televisive dedicate sia a Glen Gould che a Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. Ascolto molta musica e a tutt'oggi, che ho 47 anni, nn ho ancora trovato un pianista che riesca ad emozionarmi come ancora mi accade riascoltando questi due Maestri assoluti (aggiungerei anche Horowitz). Great surprise, fantastic clip!

The Mompou piece sounds just like Bill Evans who was a great admirer of Michelangeli. So was Miles Davis.

Thus Michelangeli sound has had a profound effect on the way piano jazz sounded after Bill Evans. Thanks for sharing this treasure!
