As for David Haye-- nothing wrong with getting paid. More power to him, I have nothing negative to say about the guy. Can't say I have ever been a fan, but it is what it is.

Definitely can see the similarities between Freddie Norwood and Bradley. Solid all round fighters but not really spectacular at anything. I agree that Bradley may have missed the boat re Amir Khan. He should have made the fight as early as possible.

This is how I saw this fight. How does one boxer fall down after being shrugged off. I think this is typical BHOP tactics that backfired on him and the TKO victory was warranted. Did Dawson take the belt from BHOP...no...BHOP gave it away.

just watched nathan cleverley v tony bellew , was a superb fight maybe not the most technical but a great battle . in my opinion going into the last round i had bellew 1 point ahead but i think cleverley won the last round which made it a draw but cleverley won the last round big as bellew was feeling the effects of some decent body shots ... good advert for boxing

Dawson is acting like this fight is in the bag. Maybe that is a good thing for his confidence. If Dawson does manage to beat this 47 year old then I hope he does it in an honourable way rather than just running away and throwing the occasional punch. If he thinks he can beat this old man then he should put on a display and prove his talent. Try to be the first guy to stop bhop. I'm a big Bradley fan and follow him closely, and to my best knowledge he declined to fight Khan in July because he didn't want anything to do with Gary Shaw and didn't want Shaw profiting off his fights. Another consideration is that as a fighter with an expiring promotional contract, it would be hugely risky for him to fight the biggest fight of his life before going into negotiations.

I'm kind of surprised you think 850,000 would be a good number for Mayweather, because in m opinion this was a better fight by far than Pacquiao-Clottey (700,000 buys), was better-marketed, had a young Mexican-American fighter coming off his best fight (and one of the best-rated HBO fights of the year), and received the 24/7 treatment too. I thought this card would break a million buys with ease, and I think the number might reflect casual fans being turned off of Mayweather's unexciting fights.

I think Ariza is good at his job, simple as that. The juicing thing has gotten out of hand, it's just pathetic how people try a discredit any threat to their favourite fighter by claiming someone is juicing. Khan might very well look better with Ariza in his corner than without him, that's no justification for assuming something illegal...maybe just maybe Ariza is actually good at his job. Cleverley should flatten Bellew easily. This is a media made fight, NOT a contender earned fight. Bellew has been dropped easily by mediocre fighters with only 3 and 8 KO's on their resumes. This is a mismatch.

I don't know much about DeGales opponent but I do know about Warren and he would never let his Golden Boy get beaten again so soon (unless it was for a shit load of money). This is not a big promoted fight, therefore you have to conclude that the Polish guy is there to be beaten.

I have seen the 12th round of Pac-Marquez II a 100 times and scored it for Marquez unlike Harold Lederman. But, you should get your bifocal prescription strengthened because there is a huge difference between a guy getting drilled by Mike Tyson and getting thrown back 5 feet and Pacquaio moving back while getting hit. Nice try though.
