With respect to the internet, Tucker addressed the radical crowd. Like the left, there are radicals on the right. Freedom and censorship do not occupy the same space, but folks like Tucker think it does. When you live in a free society, all people have the right to express their view, no matter how radical or supremely ignorant it may be, such as Tucker's POV.

When the whole crossfire/Jon Stewart thing happened, I was so completely in agreement with Jon Stewart that I automatically came to the conclusion that Tucker Carlson must be an idiot. And he's just not. He's actually surprisingly tolerant of other people's views and you kind of have to respect that. It's ok to disagree with someone and to respect their ability to come to their own conclusions. (Just wanted to contribute my non-aggressive Liberal-ness to the internet.)

Growing up with my parents, we were put in timeout for calling one another names...that's what we ought to do with anyone who prohibits the debate by getting so emotionally wound up that they resort to as Tucker calls it 'childish' manipulations.
