i agree with LukeSkywalkerInMe. i even saw some special effects of the new clash of the titans and compared them to the old verson and the old version was way better. for example, in the new version they make medusa into a hot babe when she was supposed to be ugly. and they pretty much remade jason and the argonauts with dat dumb tv series which i heard had horrible acting.

@09flodom Actually, there are different versions of what Medusa is supposed to look like. The first likeness with which I was made familiar was simply that of a human with snakes for hair, I read that she was supposed to be ugly some time much later, and the first time I saw a Gorgon with a snakelike lower body was when I watched a friend of mine playing God Of War just a few years ago. (I watched the original Titans quite recently.)

This is fantastic editing of Jason and the Argonauts and 300, with the soundtrack to Requiem for Dream. Obviously this is not a advertisement of remake of Jason and the Argonauts. So why such a low rating who ever mixed and set this editing to this epic soundtrack captured the excitement and energy. I think its fantastic art of mixing. 5out of 5* Cheers.

Interesting. I hope no-one ever has the nerve to do a 'cheap' CG re-make of any of these movies. An Adolescent knows how special f/x are done, we've all seen the special features on dvd movies. The thing about Harryhausen is that, apart from an occasional backdrop, you Can't figure out how he did it by watching the finished work. Not only that, they have a fantastic surrealism that takes the viewer to another place. JATA, 'Sinbad','Titans are full of that surrealism thanx to the genius of H.H.
