@Oskeyman : Over the Horizon means over the CONCERN Horizon, beyond the period of time you worry that something coming up will be contributing to your sense of having too much to do. For most people that's beyond 1 or 2 weeks out, say about 10 days out on average. Most people do not think or worry much about the impact of work that will be coming beyond 10 days. You can make use of that fact when you create your to-do list. Michael
Thanks Michael. I have seen this 3 part to-do list idea in various forms. I do like your addition of keeping the weekily to-do's to a limit of 20. --Vicki Winterton, professional organizer with ORGANIZING Mind over Matter
Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus list building (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend got a ton of buying subscribers added to their list.
Michael - Good stuff! I love your focus on the urgency aspect of our mental models. This is reminiscent of but an improved version of Stephen Covey's Importance / Urgency matrix. I would be interested in how you would incorporate the urgency zones to the Bubble Planner.

This seems so much easier than those who recommend prioritizing tasks with A, B, or C grading. I love this!
