first of all, listen to 99.5 Bull Country, then drive Stadium Ave. from Rogers/Stevenson to the N. Side( i.e. Greek Row/ Parum ... You will appreciate it more as it goes from humble libraries, to D-bag Frat houses... Just MHO
is it really out in the middle of nowhere? is so far in other vids its totally country like! im into robotics and such alike is this an ok place for me? i dont know if i can handle it!
pullman is about 2 hours away from a mall, and come winter when the snow drifts become a problem there is only one highway really from there to the next closest city in spokane. nothing much there.
They haven't shut down those dorms yet for safety reasons? I was in stephenson (the middle one) back in '02 and i thought I needed a tetanus shot just for sleeping there.
I used to HATE that site of that crane when I first visited. It was like a blight on the whole campus scenery. When I saw it in this video, it put a smile on my face. You lose the uptight attitude real quick living over here. Love this place.
Congrats to a new Coug! what to say in 500 characters? We're about to add our family's 8th/9th WSU degrees, so I guess we know the place. Being stuck in the middle of nowhere for 4+yr certainly creates a tight community that stays with you the rest of your life, but it can be a culture shock, especially if U R from the west side. Parental Advice: if you have to drive SR 26 to get there, be xtra careful—can be deadly when 1/2 the student body is out on the road together.
ps. Overall it's a great school, tho' I'm sure better in some areas than others. Based on our combined experience, Comm and sciences, esp. Biochem/Pharm/Vet are top notch. Long strong in Ag, Business also good. Music spotty (great trumpet prof, avoid flute, but DEFINITELY join Cougar Marching Band if you play). Ed seems as retarded as every other Ed program we know of.
Otherwise, hope your legs are in shape—wherever you go it's up a steep hill—they don't call 'em Cougar Calves for nothing...
They are in the process of like 10 major construction sites. A lot of them are suppose to be finished at the start of fall semester 2008. A new project they are just about to start is the renovation of the mall strip.
the building on the left has gotten so much bigger

Is there anybody here that's going to that school?
If there is, is it a good school? Can you please tell me more about it? =D
