I could do a little flip up despite my weight(I don't know if I could call that flip up) LOL, i just push my 4 fingers in one of my hands(right, near my waistline) in to the ground(after releasing my two hands up my head), timing to my flip up, but still I'm going there it still needs practice practice practice!
