I cant believe people are actually putting down football compared to this sport. Now, i dont play ultimate frisbee, and im not doubting the skill it takes to play, but give me a break. Football and ultimate frisbee cannot even be compared. NFL Football players are some of the largest, strongest and fastest men on the planet, coupled with the speed at which football is played, and the amount of grit and lack of fear it takes to step on the field, nothing compares.

@Rawrmeisjames Football has the widest variety of athletes, ranging from fast wide receivers, explosive linebackers, etc. Football also relies way more on athleticism than skill, in my opinion. I was better at receiving than most of the WRs on the football team back in high school and that's just because I was athletic.

Also, you can't compare the athletes of the 2 sports, football has been around WAY longer and they have way more support for creating optimal athletes.

Frisbee on the other hand, you can use both hands to throw it, and you can do other throwing motions besides throwing it "perfectly" straight every single time.! oh and these Frisbees aren't going 5 mph.. most of them are going amazingly fast, thats why a lot of players need to dive for it and that is how they manage to get the Frisbee across the whole field..

It takes a lot of awareness of the field and quick thinking to adapt to the situation that arises, not to mention pure physical strength.

Number one was incredible but non of the others were that special in Ultimate. I play in college Ultimate and just had a tournament. Number's 2-10 were great and do get a team pumped up but are plays you will see at any college tournament. I have never personally seen a greatest.

Yes I play for a college team; I'm not contesting that Ultimate is a sport. All I am saying is that officially the word Frisbee is not part of the name because it is a trademark and the UPA does not pay dues to Wham-O. Normally I don't care if people call it that casually, but I would think that on a TV show that gets aired to the general public they would at least present the name of the sport accurately.
