Agreed. i really do enjoy both vocalists, but it does seem that cj is more traditional death metal highs and lows, i mean he sounds really close to derek rydquist of the faceless, but that doesnt mean that he doesnt get the job done. and now while brendan had similar lows, his highs are quite unique. i havent heard a vocalist use such a shrieking high scream since with such distinction of character since i heard black dahlia for the first time 8 years ago...

I saw Thy Art last night. CJ is an AMAZING vocalist and his stage presence is brutal as fuck. When you have the singer being ripped off stage and him screaming in the pit, you know its a good fucking set. His vocals were impeccable. I never saw Brandon live though. I like both equally. I liked Brendan for his more unique voice, but I like CJ for making the band sound a little more grindcore-ish and giving them a much more brutal sound. Either way they will always be my favorite band. TAIM for life.
