yeah blanka got harder with the release of super. the key is to frame trapping him to prevent electricity when hes got no EX meter and punishing the hell out of the balls.

no it works on all characters.... you gotta be fast on the EX cancel -> dash though. its probably one of the most entertaining mixup options, but expensive..
