  • How much does this affect weight distribution, Polar Moment of inertia, center of gravity and therefore the handling.? Seems it will really push in the corners with that long mass of just the cranks alone . Are you sure you want to race this thing?

  • 2 Motor = 2 time fun !

  • Atleast Americans and Canadians know which side of the car you should drive on. Sheesh why do you want to be so fucking different?

  • me and my dad wer gonna put a fireblade engine into a mini pick up but in the end up we didnt(couldnt find a cheap enough mini pick up)

  • I'm pretty sure they did not couple the engines and they are still using the motorcycle transmissions.

  • I have seen it done although all I know is they use a sierra geabox and chaindrive ? Dont ask me how

Oh and I know someone who has two ZX12 engines in a punto. One in the front and one in the back. (for grass track racing)

  • ooommggg!

    It sounds Mc fucking amazing!

Especially how you can distinctly hear the 2 engines, possibly not quite revving in sync :D

    Beauty!

  • a straight 8,,nice!

  • out of curiosity is that any cheaper then using the busav8 engines i see other 7s using

  • Yeah but this car is 4 wheel drive, mate.

  • That v8 engine is INSANELY expensive.

  • W8 engine :D

  • hehe more like a straight-eight. :P

  • about 40G

  • How does the the transmission of the 2 motors work together? Also how is the driveline connected? some kind of chain system? Wish you would post more of the mechanical system.

  • Z Cars transfer box

  • the bike gearbox would obviusley be removed, the engines would be connected via crankshafts, the out put than is connected to a diffrent gearbox,

  • nice concept, but wrong. the transmissions are still connected, in fact you can independently shift each engine (in case you miss shift, or are running on one engine). after each of the transmissions some models go into a transfer case which then feeds power to the rear wheels. while most have one engine powering the front wheels and another powering the rear.

  • I see, like we use on multi-engine pulling tractors. Very Nice.

  • Did you say that these are now common? I see that the engines are offset somewhat, How to they hookup ?

  • You can get a 2-1 gear box, basically 2 inputs to a single output. Both or either engine can run at any time.

    Bloody clever piece of kit.

  • couldn't you just use a differential. It has two inputs and one output, or two outputs and one input depending on what way you look at it.

  • show some riding dude

  • more vidz plz

  • mother of god.

  • MORE!!!! thats sick

  • Way too cool. I want more!

  • awsome machine. where can i see more?

  • More!!!!
