Theres an easier way to open it. Just twist the lid from inside of the foil casing. The pressure release is supposed to send the cap flying, but your hand and the foil cushions the blow, it's utterly painless, feels kind of fulfilling actually xD Next time, just unscrew it, don't mess with the foil.
