I amongst thousands of other YouTubers would be more than happy to put this Lambo in our driveways. This model is definitely under appreciated. For now I'll have to be happy with my Kyosho 1:18 scale leaf green
What a wonderful car it is... Although it couldn't have been new since the Urraco was only produced until 1979 and you pass a Saab 9000 which was introduced on the market in 1984.
A wonderfull wonderfull video, thankyou so much for sharing this beautifull car on here, I almost bought an urraco but went for a 308gt4 instead, If I get a bugger garage and come into some money, I would love an urraco, I have my car posted on you tube too and if your interested it's on my channel, happy driving and enjoy;-)
I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old PRV Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps EFi and tank clean and rustfree
I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice 604 OHC Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and tank clean and rustfree
I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old DOHC Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and tank clean and rustfree
Dont forget to put 1:100 two stroke Oil API TC into the tank for each fill, because thats good for the carbs and the pistons..modern fuel does not take care of the old engine materials!
one would expect someone as cool as james dean to be driving the lamborghini urraco. the problem that ultimately makes these cars uncool are the typical lamborghini driver ... a geek.
When I was driving a Urraco P300 back home from a track day at Mantorp together with a Murciélago and Gallardo - it was the Urraco that got the most attention at the gas-stations. Old school beautiful car with a magnificent engine sound. Congrats on a sweet car
