@rockytopdancer I'm pretty sure this isn't me so it's not a critique i take offense to... But really the old "don't post on youtube" line doen't work.. How about "don't comment if you can't take the truth" or "it's my page so don't be a troll" or " know what you're talking about before commenting like a dumbass" TROLL
@chromebiscuts im not a hater, im obsessed with her covergirl solo that is one of my all time fav dances, i just think she could have done a lot better in my opinon she is an amazing dancer
yes, she's amazing and practically perfect, I'm absolutely jealous! However, some of the choreography for her age is a little mature, but maybe that's just me being old :P
i seriously hope she didnt pay a ton for this...i feel like she didnt have any choreography. She has amazing control, flexibility, and turns...but she didnt really dance....ever.
@WeRThePerfect2 My motivation? We were talking about Hayden's choreography. But tell me who enters a COMPETITION without wanting to win? This routine was choreographed for COMPETITION! You are reaching for something thats not there... There are many different avenues a dancer can take to express themselves but, COMPETITION is COMPETITION. Clearly this dancer enjoys herself & obviously has a life outside of COMPETITION. Don't comment if you can't keep up.
@chromebiscuts You obviously mistook the meaning of my last comment. I never dissed Hayden's cheorography (she is a beautiful dancer.) you are the one that brought up a dancers "objective" to dance. And reaching for something that's not there? Dancing is obviously dancing but whether the dancer actually feels it or not, there should be expression behind your dance. So idk how that's reaching for something that's not there. So sure you can want to win.
@chromebiscuts (#2) Like u said competition is competition, but ask any professional dancer, competition or not, they have a modivation or reason other than competition.
@WeRThePerfect2 You're confusing yourself... The original comment was regarding the choreography.. PLEASE GO BACK AND READ BEFORE YOU COMMENT.. On Hayden's channel they said this rouitine was choreographed for this particular competion only and YES it served it's purpose. Now I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. I am NOT a professional nor is she but i'm sure she won't have a problem becoming one! If you are concerned about her motivation ask on her page troll..
@chromebiscuts Wow done kitty. I was stating my opinion on your comment "'If the objective is to win at a competition..."' Geez Idk where you're pulling this "'PLEASE GO BACK AND READ BEFORE YOU COMMENT"' I was not commenting on the origanal comment. I was replying to yours.
@chromebiscuts Ha. Whateva you say. Ur right. I was replying to the first comment all along and I just attached it to yours. I just did all this just to bother you :) now my life is complete
@WeRThePerfect2 I know you are desperate for attention. I thought you were done? I feel really bad for that this form of communication completes your life. Your stupid comments don't bother me. I have this channel to share videos of dances I like. Commenting is something I enjoy. Clearly you can't keep up so you resorted to switching it around to you trying to bother me. Yeah the was your BIG PLAN ALL ALONG. I'm sorry. You should really quit embarressing yourself.
@WeRThePerfect2 hahahaha this conversation made my day. totally agree with your "dance is dance" comment, and that theres more than just winning. hayden hopkins is amazing. but that chromebiscuts person needs to chill out, lmao
@charlotteee44 huge loser that SOMEONE ELSES convo made your day! You do realize that even as a professional you compete right?? WHAT DO YOU THINK AN AUDITION IS? Professional dancers compete ALL THE TIME! Good job nerd...
@charlotteee44 Competition dance is a different form of dance. The objective is to win. So why would would you represent yourself at a competition with a dance that has none of the winning elements. That is an incredibly large waste of money. How do you think processionals gain their level of superiority? They work through competitions. If you win competitions, you get scholarships and invitations to dance academies. After you have these awards THEN you cant start dancing to feel the music.
@The67Russia Hmmm... I think it should be both. I think the feelings and want to express something is needed in a competition dance. Like it's part of the math to make a piece win. I don't think they're separate. But every dance is different and dances for different reasons. And you're right about the pros. Every day is practically a competition.
@The67Russia Oh, I wasn't saying you shouldn't have tricks. You have to have them to win. I was saying there should be more than just tricks. Tricks are part of that "math" that makes a great piece win.
@The67Russia Watevs Love you 2. But i dont care what you or chromebiscuts have to say. you don't care what i have to say either. I just made a comment.
wow ur great! u kinda remind me of jordan from SYTYCD8, just because she danced to this song in one of her solos... but yeahh, ur rlly good like her!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this routine...she deserved the award! I HEART THIS SONG 2!

shes amazing but this song is sooo overused and her other solo costume from 2011 looked a lot like this one!
vdpdancer98 1 month ago
@vdpdancer98 It's the same costume. She just did this solo at nationals instead of her other jazz. Who cares about the song. Don't be a hater!

@Jmusiel09 why do you care? you didnt pay for it. if the objective is to win at a competition, i guess this routine served its purpose.

@chromebiscuts If winning a competition is your modivation for dance than that's sad. Dance should be to express yourself or because you enjoy it.
