  • (starwars scene) ITS WORKING!!!! ITS WORKIIING!!!!

  • o.m.g that is amazing!

  • I have a new respect for those powerful engines after my friend had the tip of his finger cut off while trying to start one, and that was with a glove on. Much respect for the hobby!

  • sounds like number 1 (left outer) sounds a tad rich

  • How much load could an RC airplane of this size lift during flight without impeding its functionality?

  • @kidneeboiis it really depends on how much power you have on the plane. there are some large aerobatic rc stunt planes that have more than a 1 to 1 thrust to weight ratio, nad those can easily carry a third of their weight

  • U.A.V readdy

  • That sounds exactly like a C-130.

  • Damn thats shifting some air, Great sound!

  • now just make it a AC-130. lol

  • @1337bman i pretty sure that there the same thing but the AC version is for the milatary.

  • @SecondCocacola Yes but the AC has guns.lol

  • @SecondCocacola the C-130 is cargo and troop transport the AC-130 is the close combat suport type

  • WOW, I love the sound of that! Bad ass:)

  • Poor neighbour cats and dogs!!!

  • very expensive fan

  • that thing seems like it shouldnt even be legal!!!!

  • gamato

  • Ok but will it blend? xD

  • that is very cool!

  • in other site is 2 heli and in right side 1

  • ye my dad build red arrows any way mate nice vid were yhu get them from

  • My friend has one of those and when he was coming in to land one of the engines on the right side sped right up because it was running out of fuel causing a lean mixture and the whole thing crashed and im not sure how but it burned too. :)

  • LoL poor guy at the back :P

  • now this is a hobby!!!

  • I wonder how big and where the gas tank is.

  • @Naturepheon ix

  • vERY BEAUTIFUL...

  • manually starting ..lol

  • Great looking plane. Too bad the props don't look like a real C-130's.

  • This is just flat out AWESOME. You guys have a hell of a Monster there.

  • my dad builds and fixes these planes, Real full size ones though xD

  • Very cool!!!

  • @rdavit I feel his pain! I have been working these planes for the past 22 years.

  • Is that available in the AC130 Specter model? ;>))

  • @luvofcountry that would be crazy

  • Nice Aircraft, Thanks..

  • lol you could air drop mice into somebodys backyard on a strategic night raid

  • @GodlessMartyr666 im now officially amused by this idea

  • sounds like one a bit also at idle, though only 2 bladeees instead of four, still fine, congrats

  • hes high on exhaust fumes! lol

  • stick your finger in there lol

  • you when let the gas plane fly in the air?

  • Imagine if he let go when the thing was at full throttle ;-)

  • We were actually concenred about the horizontal stab.....that's 50Lb's of thrust (therefore two hands vs. one on future run-ups)

  • Yeah, don't sneeze or anything...

  • I'm not saying they are, I'm just saying that if they were, imagine the cost of it. then my last post

  • um, those are not turboprops.

  • Talk about small fortune helge, I looked up at the jetcat website and their turboprop costs around 5 thousand dollars each, imagine buying 4 of them. 20 thousand.

  • ye thet not turboprop, you cn see the muffler sticking out the back, behinf the propellor, they are nitro engines.

  • sounds great!

  • nice model. was a greate deal of work for sure

  • A C-130 sounds more realistic with brushless motors, and they're more reliable.

  • nitro is just cooler

  • faster and more powerful, maybe, however this is a turbo porop in real life, not piston powered.

  • and model turboprops cost a small fortune.

  • ... brushless?

I mean, wtf?! xD GAS engine! GAAAAS :D

  • this plane must speng gas as shit too much

  • sweet

  • looks like the engine on the far right is running a bit rich... I think a see a bit of a haze, can't tell for sure. Cool toy otherwise.

  • I wish I had the time and money for a hobby like that.

  • BIG ASS PLAN

  • That sounds pretty bad ass...but now I wanna see it fly.

  • Awesome!

  • they aren't counter-rotating are they? and nice work

  • Awesome!

  • Awesome..nice work!!

  • looks like you stuck a bunch of hair dryers in them wings

  • Haha.....they will blow your hair back at 10,000 RPM (though the synthetic oil in the exhaust may leave you with a "slight" residue during comb out)

  • ehm, they will blow your hair back at 10.000 RPM but a single man can hold it without too much effort...=\ so not very powerfull?

  • They are pretty powerful, but the engines would have to pull the plane and a 185 pound man. And they probably had the wheels locked, or had it stationary in the first place.

  • What is the engine?

  • what kind of synchronization did they establish?

  • FLY?

  • i want to see it fly...

  • it sint flying...

  • paintball bomber

  • put an airsoft gun on it rofl

  • 2 stroke engine, the smoke is see is oil being burnt in the engine and is not really polluting at all.

  • fuck u who cares about air polutionh we are all going today any way

  • LOL, what does that have to do with anything ?!

  • wtf?

  • i was waiting for it to take off dragging the red shirt guy into the air with it.

  • LOL

  • That Was A Reply To UlyssesBreckenridge.

  • neat!

  • i was making fun of another guy that did it... but apparentilly his comment was deleted

  • that is pretty legit

  • Things we do for our hobby! lots of love peace!

  • COOL

  • nice, it kinda sounds like the THX sequence, buut cool all the same

  • #1 looks a little rich...

  • Was thinking the same thing myself, seems to be running much richer than the others or maybe just an illusion?

Bet thats a bitch to get those engines synced and keep them synced, did you use a taco?

I dont think i would want all the fiddling of 4 IC engines lol, if i was going to build something with 4 motors i would have to go electric i think lol.

    Lovely model!

  • mmm, taco.

  • how do you mix four servos?

    i can only mix 2!

  • Using a "matchbox" servo mixers. The #1 and #4 engines are on one channel (hooked together with a mtachbox.....similar to a Y connection, except you can set 3 points on each servo), and engines #2 and #3 are on a 2nd channel. I use the preset "throtle/needle" mixes in the 9Cap radio (I believe it's in the 2nd menu).

Let me know if you need help by sending an e-mail and I'll give you specifics on how I did this.

  • r u sure u hav enough room 4 servos?

  • Attach a camera and paintball gun/ some kind of thing what shoots/drops bomb and you the MAN!

  • What did you use to start the engines? I just used my finger or a Chicken Stick back when I flew them.

  • it looks like some kind of tool that spins to catch the blades on.

  • It's just an electric starter. Companies like Hobbico make them. Looks like he had it connected to a 12V battery

  • this costs about £10,000 $20,000 am i correct but nice plane if you have the money

  • haha ya how did the guy holding get talked into that job

  • theres a guy at my club that owns one

  • july 17 is my birthday!!

  • holy crap thats huge!

  • i feel bad for that guy in the red

  • y do u feel bad for him?

  • don't you just hate noisy neighbors? ;)

  • cool plane i want one

  • me 2

  • That was awesome. It crashing on the first test flight wouldn't be awesome lol good luck...

  • Knock Knock. It's the neighbors. They want to see your electric foamies.

  • you have revolutionized baby air travel!lol!!!

  • Knock Knock. It's the neighbors. They want to see your electric foamies.

  • very very very awesome!!!! 5/5 stars

  • nice 1 you a bit cold

  • Awesome Airplane!!!Beautiful!

  • is that the one for sale at hobbypeople?

  • were did you get that

  • very, very fast!!!!!

  • for no apparent reason what so ever, i drew some plans for a 1:10 scale hercules c-130 :)

  • im thinking that is an mc-130

  • And I'm thinking you're wrong.

  • i want a C-130

  • o.O!!! WtFF Coool

  • thats too coool!!Wish I had the money for something like this.

  • that is a beautiful sound

    awesome plane

  • Your plane still rocks though~!!

  • is there a reason you can't use a 4 props per engine why just 2~??

  • On R/C planes, 4 blade props act as air brakes when throttling down.....a bit harry for a plane like this (if engines 1 & 4 slightly out of synch, yaw problem could happen on landing)....good question!!

  • ok thanks it just looks a little weird to see a c-130 with 2 blade props instead of 4 bladed

  • yyeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhaaaaaaaaa

  • yyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeahhh

  • Why"s the No1 engine smoking like Billy-O?

  • Engines running rich as they are new at this point (pre-maiden set up)....2 stroke engines.

  • idk much bout RC's, I'd like to learn, but how do you get so much power, what engine type do you use?

  • hell yea

  • woohooooo cool job guys, cool job there!

  • sure sounds weird with those 2 bladed props. How much pounds of thrust that thing spits out at full power. It's really blowin his shirt about too!

  • 50 Lb's of static thrust

  • per engine or all 4?

  • For each engine.....a little over 12.5 #'s per

  • nice! plenty of power to lift a few bricks onboard as cargo.
