I started calling my mom by her first name when she worked together also. It felt unprofessional to call her mom in front of customers. So I find that I still call her Judy instead of mom still even though we haven't worked together for several years

Every time we stray from starbucks we have a negative experience. We are spoiled by the quality and flavor and are always without exception disappointed when we try any other place. This is sad because we like to support local owners like you do, but always disappointed!! Oh well you gave them a chance and now all your 2 million viewers will know this coffee shop has a negative vibe. Maybe you will save them from going out of business by making them step it up!
