that's a really good review, i've been looking for a review that would just basically show me what this things does. Because I want a basic laptop, but also want one thats ultimately cool at the same time.. This definately fits the description..
via usb. you can also access it through the network if you have wireless connection and another computer, i believe. there is also expandible memory, could you save it on there then transfer it? not sure. all i know is tha ti can't wait to get my hands on one of these xD
A review on this should really be based on the hardware. I also didn't like how she acted surprised about things like it being able to stream video. Linux can do everything Windows can, its not like some dumbed down OS, in fact it is the opposite.
personally, i liked the way she showed me all the apps. in fact, it's EXACTLY what i've been searching for, lol! this is the only thing i could find and i thought it was great!
But still, a review of hardware should be based on hardware, not software. And I don't see how the software really matters anyway since almost all of it is free (as in beer, and speech) and can be easily obtained with any Linux distribution on any hardware.
meh, it doesn't really bother me. i'm no computer expert... in fact i don't know anything about computers really... i just wanted to get a feel of what it would be like to use if you had one. linux isn't very common (well, i haven't seen much of it) in australia i don't think, more windows or apple than anything, so i had noooo idea what it was like. that's all. =]
I don't know how to pronounce Asus either, but I've heard it both ways.

I just order myself one last week. I can't wait to get my hands on it! Nice review. I love the way you show what the PC can do and its application.
