The point of it being child pornography and the point of having a legal age of consent to have sex is that CHILDREN (14 year olds) can't consent to being video taped in sexual acts because they can't consent to sex. It's child pornography, period point blank. A child can't agree to being filmed doing something illegal and then have it be okay because they agreed; that's the point of being a child. It's not in their hands. It's not a matter of opinion but law.
