You cannot learn by listening or watching others, if any thing all you will learn is there bad habits, or will overlook or not wish to copy - what they call their good workday habits. The best advice is each day ' to be busy'. to be on the job when others quit, and to follow your instincts. Adopt as your motto ' Each day I do 20 jobs and contact 20 new potential clients each day and success will follow. Hours, instincts and a lie or two go a long way in Real Estate, Trust me.
