Now if thy were going to get rid of the classic, apple would lose a whole demographic(I hope I'm using it in the right term). Such as the music buffs who want all of the space. Or the manly men who might not want to be caught with a lil color in their life(nano) or lightness to their pocket. So that would be a lot of money lost.
It was so hard for me to choose between either a 16gb touch or a 120gb classic because I wanted all the cool technology that's in the touch like wifi and touch screen, but it's just not enough space. It can't hold half my mp3s, let alone any photos or videos I want to carry around. If they could get the touch to have 120gb, I would be so excited! I hate how they make you choose between music or technology. For me, music will always win, but it'd be cool to eventually not need to make the choice.
I origionally had the Nano 2GB, and back in september i bought myself the 120GB IPod Classic. and about a week after i got the classic, my parents told me they were buying me a 16GB Ipod touch. and so with the IPod nano, and the IPod classic i didnt have alot of music to put on it. so i just use my Ipod classic for backup on my PC, and i also use it as an Ubuntu Drive, so i can use ubuntu at school. i think the IPod Classic was a good idea for apple. great video.
The glasses are very powerful bifocals, without which I cannot even see. I'm not sure what the diopter is though, all I know is that they are the most powerful prescription you can ahve for glasses of this kind, period.
Believe it or not, its backwards. Rather than having perfect vision and eyes getting worse, I tarted out with no vision. Cryo-surgery basically sewed my left retina back together w/ a laser - and now I can see 20/80. However, by the time the experimental operation was deemed a success, the right eye had already detached so it was too late to save that one. I'm thankful for the vision I have though.
i do like the ipod classic its just that every ipod out there is still WAY OVERPRICED sense the classic has been out for more then almost 7 years it is still overpriced
Since The Ipod Classic Was The First I Think It Has More Time On The Market And People Still Buy Them There Too Big For My Taste But The Ipod Looks Nice. And It Holds A Mammoth Of Gig Space.

Now b4 you read my comment, I just want to say I am NOT sexist! This is just my opinion.
iPod Classic- seems manly to me(not very small, bulky) NOW I have seen my friends(girls) who has it just 4 the HD
Nano- sleek, curves, light, unisex
Shuffle-workout buffs, ppl who want light
Touch- younger group
