“ The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. ”
In honor of John Lennon on this sad & INSIGHTFUL (CIA DID IT) day...."YOU SAY YA WANT A REVOLUTION!" has been ringing thru my head for decades. DAMN RIGHT WE NEED A REVOLUTION! BEFORE these idiots DESTROY Our Nation completely for lack of common sense AND SANITY! EVERY TIME THEY open their mouths they show their IGNORANCE & LACK OF LOYALTY TO we the people AND OUR FOUNDERS PLEDGE FOR LIBERTY!
Reporter Landay says, "My understanding is that the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution specifies that you must have probable cause to be able to do a a a search that does not violate an American's right against unlawful seeches and sur... searches and seizures".
.
His understanding is incorrect. The primary standard is that the search must be reasonable. If not, probable cause alone does not justify a search; it is a prerequisite for a warrant.
Most Americans are so stupid!! They do not know their rights!! And this guy is a general in the military who is sworn by oath to uphold the constitution!! WTF?????
I wish Hayden was the exception, rather than the rule, for our D.C. overlords. The Fourth Amendment has been thoroughly gutted by Rep and Dem administrations alike, and Congress and the courts have blithely acceded. Who needs al Qaeda? We're doing a fine job of destroying our own nation.
5 stars. (satire) Ah, well you see you need an expert like the general to tell you what it means. It is not for peasants to read such things. A bit like the laws of physics have changed since 911. Cheers
