I would like to comment on what you are said regarding what is the problem with this type of Zikr; Well, as Muslims we follow the Quran and Sunnah according to the companions understanding and nothing else and the prophet said "Every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance is in the Fire"
So the question is; Did the prophet do this type of zikr? Answer: No
Another question is: Did his companions do this? Answer: NO

So it is very important to understand the shahada because everything we say and everything we do should be according to the Quran and the prophets (SAW) way as Allah said in his Nobal Book: "He who obeys the Messenger, obeys Allah" [ An-Nisa: 80]
