What I remember best about WLIG in 1986 (I was 17 years old) was that I was living in Brooklyn at the time, and I could just barely get the channel on my tv. The reception was quite fuzzy (no cable tv back then, just the good old rabbit eared antenna). I kind of liked the channel as on weekend nights they aired quite a bit of old public domain classic tv shows and movies. Jack Benny, One Step Beyond Burns and Allen, etc. I moved to Long Island in 1996, got cable, & watched it in better reception
