Well after watching Titus slit a bloodletter's throat at 0:52 (how's a 7 ft tall guy in noisy as all hell armor sneak up on a daemon that should have heightened senses and don't get me started on armor penetration values verses damage negation thresholds) I believe that the statement at 1:00 maybe slightly accurate.

He doesn't sneak up on the daemon. A few frames back he slashes the bloodletter and it twists away, presenting its back. Titus then seizes the opportunity to slash its throat.
