Help! When you used the autofill option (4:46) it didn't work for me. I just highlighted the cells but they remained empty. A drop down box appeared giving me autofill options ...

Please post the calculation exactly as you have entered it and I'll try to help. The procedure for any basic multiplication is first click the cell where you want the result to appear then press the equals key. Next click on the cell containing the first value, press multiply (the * key) and then clisk on the cell containing the 2nd value. Finally press Enter. And that's it!
