my blackberry 8520 , when i take the battery cover off on the left their is a screw but on the right their is a blue sticker , do i peel it or just unscrew the left ?...

@SaltiBalti97 by taking the sticker of you void your warrenty try peeling it off so you can stick it back on later and no one would no :)

@SaltiBalti97 you take off both just take the sticker off, the reason the sticker is there so if you take your phone back to the carrier they will know that you took it apart, and if you take it apart it automatically voids any type of warranty you may have!

basically... the lesson is... your better off just sending it in to Blackberry to be fixed... it can cause alot of problems whther cosmetic, or functional if you dont....

cont- 3- that black spot you see in your screen now is a broken LCD pixel... or if large, grouping of pixels. Theres no repair for that, you now need a new LCD

4- if you cant get the housing off its because you were not trained how to assemble/disassemble blackberrys, and now broke/bent the clips on the side of the housing... you nnow need a new one...

5-Handling your berry barehand like this, without being grounded, is just ASKING for it to stop working completely in less than 6 months..

Few things everyone should know... 1- that "white dot" you have to break to take screws out, voids your warrenty when broken. Blackberry will not work on anything that has that "dot" or "tamper seal" broken.  2- screwing that screw by hand is risky... tighten it too much, it damages the part, to little and your touch pad still wont work. Blackberry uses torque drivers for this, set to a specific torque to avoid overtightening.

Please tell me how did you get the front screen back on there? You seem to be cleaning it with an airspray, but after that how do you apply the front screen? When I do that, I saw a big dot in the middle that gives me an indication the front screen does not stick well enough.
