did one thing wrong, tell people to keep their fingers apart and so when you wrap around the knuckles it wont constrict them when you make a fist. FAIL, black belt.

google "Pankration" and check something the UFC would be without the legislation.

And this was more then 2000 years ago. You can't get more traditional that.

Japanese, Egyptian, European, Chinese examples are many.

MMA was not born 30 years ago.
