Although he has both Italian(Father) and Polish (Mother) roots I seriously doubt that he will play for Poland I think he will choose Italy he has the skill to make it on the Italian squad eventually. Unless he gets scared that he will never make the Italian national team and opts to play for Poland. That said I still believe he will play for Italy and not Poland.
