Wish they ported this one to the psp like they did for SRW MX. Come to think of it, why'd they do that anyway? Its good, but they could have at least thrown in a few extra features to the ported version that the original didn't have. Look at SRW A Portable. Its a complete overhaul of the old SRW A with better graphics and everything for the psp!

Yeah! Sure, Destiny was so great that it rip everything from the UC time line. Everything from mobile suits to story script was copied. ie. Zaku to psycho girl in a giant mobile suit.

We have a story with a new captain with a bad past, a hero with a (possibly justified) grudge against the last series's hero, and a look at when said old heroes become devils.

The execution of it all just was one big flop, though.

Destiny's premise was that if seed was first gundam then Destiny would have to be Zeta, hence why Shinn reflects Kamille's personality slightly.

IMO the only good premise in the SEED universe was Astray.

Destiny was not meant to be copypasta of Zeta. In Zeta Gundam, the heroes from the original had supporting roles for the new heroes. In Destiny, the heroes from the original SEED had adversarial roles in comparison to the new heroes.

... With the exception of Athrun, Dearka, and Yzak.

Dude they should have just ended with SEED. Destiny sucked because Kira DID NOT mature as all of the other gundam characters had.(Like Heero being nicer, Setsuna being more open, Amuro being more serious). Not to mention, Shinn was the "protagonist" yet he lost in the end. WTF. Thats why Destiny will, and always SUCK.

ehh, I read some Gseed Fics, that sounds ok, but I HATE Lacus with a passion, and nothing will make me change my view point. Howver, it will be interesting to see if Kira died and against Shinn and Lacus was with Athrun on the ship. She would be obbessed with Revenge.

Well, she works in the fics because she takes such a back seat. One of the longer fics leading up to the retelling of SEED Destiny focuses on the Three Ship Alliance, but it's really about trying to get in a position to retake Orb.

Lacus mainly plays a minor role in it, concerned more with the goings on with the PLANTs and trying to figure out exactly what, which is justified because there IS bad stuff going on. Plus, there's no Pink Haro.

The druggies would have killed Jesus in the battle at Orb if it weren't for Athrun's timely interventions despite being inferior to coordinators, having a really strict window in which they could even fight, and despite their almost complete lack of teamwork.

Rau on the other hand, lost in a straight up fight despite being a coordinator, a newtype, and having Dragoons.

Besides, I said 'team'. Rau works alone, which is why they're better then him =P

Actually, no, we can't dub it.. There are some series here that only had the Japanese.. so.. it could be GGG.. Iunno, I don't think they had English, did they? SEED had English. I can't name all of them, but there are some you'll find Japanese only. :( It would be nice though lol.

Well, those gundams are supposed to be flipped and attacking from the other side of the screen. You can only see them this way via debug mode I believe.

It's possible. They didn't want to put SEED in @3 but were forced into it, so who knows? Maybe they'll force them to use some Destiny suits.

Banpresto originally had the entire Alpha storyline planned out before SEED was even released. Unfortunately, Bandai exerted some corporate pressure (it owns Banpresto), and SEED was shoved in due to popularity.

I don't really care as it adds a considerable amount to the game, but all the SEED enemies are incredibly easy. Considering they're in the same game as the Muge and the 11 Sol Lords, they just can't compare.
