Are Spaceship Creator and Creature creator two different games? If so, what are all the other Spore titles, if any?

They aren't two different games, there the Customization part of Spore. In Spore, when you reach the Space Stage, you get to make a Space Ship. You can create your own Ships, buildings, planets, creatures, military units, religous units, and economic units. All in the same game. The other "games" are really just extra part's and stuff for even MORE customization. But I think Galactic Adventures really IS another game, but I'm not sure. I've never even played Spore before.

Press and hold TAB you will get more options for moving parts. works for creatures too.

this is just the star ship creator. Once you have built your ship you can then go into the game and use it to explore or conquer the galaxy.

you get access to technology (including vehicles) when yoou evolve to civ stage.

You can pick up spore at any store that sells electronics. Best Buy, Target, etc.

and dude uhh im on tribal stage and i just started well it says first quest to outfit my creature and when i click on the mask icon my computer freezes everytime what should i do

Check the forums on the spore website. I've never seen a game crash at that point.
