I'm so F'ing sick of being called "closed minded" just because I thought it was a bit much. I love Adam! My husband and I are definately both Glamberts, I just thought that instead of "pushing the envelope" ... he strapped it to a missile and launched that envelope to another dimension. I just wish it was toned down a LITTLE... it still woulda been plenty risky!

that's because his performance had a big impact on you...because you're not used to seeing people expressing themselves freely without the fear of what others may thing...maybe you are still very young....but adam is the same...he has a big heart, he's a sweetheart, but people also have sexuality you know...but it does make sense, u just have to accept him and understand or not be a fan anymore like some losers did because of his ama performance

i am 46y/f and one of those MANY female fans that just adore him and pre-ordered his cd. but i feel confused. i am torn. i really, really like him and his beeeeeautiful voice but his ama performance was very offputing. i'm not a prude but it made me really sad. i understand its just an act, just his stage persona, etc. he had such a huge female fan base because we accepted him just the way he was. but after that performance............i just felt sad..... like i lost my best friend.
well, i cant understand how you can feel sad about it without being a prude....people should express themselves and i'm tired seeing people talking shit behind other people backs for example just because they are not as normal as others are....we are so afraid of being different that we just close ourselves and stay scared in our corners it's just like yuck...
