@LittleGamer95 If your talking about planking, it can give results, but not by doing only that one exercise. It's a combination of sets and reps that effect the muscles, learn 10 ab exercises and do 25 reps for each exercise, do this every 2 days, for 3 months and you should get definition in your abs. But if you do this with 12+ percent body fat it will be nearly impossible for you to see your abs.
@Phreyzah I've talked to my trainer and now i have a training program with one our of hard workout. with weights and stuff, And something called "side planking" i think .. combined with normal planking :D im happy to start! :D

Must he also remind you guys that he's a wrestler, which means it behooves him to make major gains in strength and fitness without the added mass gains, to stay as strong in as low a weight class as possible. When I wrestled, what freaked me out the most were the skinny kids who wrapped my cocky, more-muscular ass up like a pretzel when I least expected it. But I've done P90X and it's unfortunately not so good for gaining strength as just for getting in shape and sculpting a "Hollywood" body.

@obezana when you are growing you have growth plates at the end of your bones and if you beat them hard enough for example lifting too much weight and pounding it on your body you can stunt your growth but if you are smart with your work out this won't happen but it is possible. it's unlikely and uncommon but it is definitely possible and not just a myth.
@Tosteriffic not really, the only real risk to lifting is injury to growth plates if you lift to heavy or improperly. he said hes 13 and 14 now, so hes probably out to enter puberty now.

@Tosteriffic not really, the only real risk to lifting is injury to growth plates if you lift to heavy or improperly. he said hes 13 and 14 now, so hes probably out to enter puberty now.
the main issue with training prepubescent individuals is that many have poor coordination

@Tosteriffic, hes 14 if you read the description, he should of waited 2 years to do this but its is by no means EVEN CLOSE to being as unhealthy as a fatass. this kid is eating right. and exercising plus he wrestles. he might grow up to be short but if he keeps this up with age as his body develops and with lots of protein this kid will be jacked.

Yo check out vids guys Fluid in Motion Fitness Week 4 Ive lost 24 pounds in the last month and my orthopedic Doctor was astounded with the improvements not only with my back but my overall fitness. After 2 years old excrutiating pain, struggling just to get out of bed every morning, arthritus in my neck back and arm, knee problems shin problems elbow problems, etc. I though i would never be able to play with my children again, Ive had no pain in 4 weeks
