@elreydelmundo3 Back then, I just connected to the TV with component cables. These days I use an HDMI cable. You can connect your Wiimote to the computer with almost any bluetooth adapter.

There isn't much of a point on playing The pc.

The Wii Port Of House of The Dead 3, Has better graphics than The Xbox Version, More sounds than the pc version. And the graphics are suited to the Arcade quality like the "Hold your Fire!" font

The game supports 2 players, but my script is only designed for 1. A second player in the PC version would have to use a keyboard or joypad, and I thought the trade-off in aiming wouldn't be worth translating to Wiimote controls.

My USB one and the one built into my laptop have Broadcom chips and use the Widcomm stack, so I have the most experience with that. If you get one that works with Blue Soleil instead, I think you can connect it directly through GlovePIE.

Yeah I remember in the Nintendo Power Magazine that Sega couldn't do House Of The Dead 1 because it's too dated. Anyway if House Of The Dead 2 & 3 for Wii sell well, Sega said they might put HOTD 4 for Wii how cool is that. Poor HOTD 1 left alone by itself :(

They're using this compilation to test whether there's demand for their on-rails shooters. If it sells well, they may bring out the Virtua Cop games, and maybe even HotD 1.

Good news, a special edition of house of the dead is coming to the wii and is compatable with the wii zapper.

Bad news is, it's just house of the dead 2 and house of the dead 3 thats in it.

I think HotD 1 and 2 are overrated. Practically unplayabe after playing HotD3. What I'd really like to see on the Wii is the Virtua Cop series. VC 1 and 2 could probably even fit the 40MB limit for the Virtual Console.

No. The game only supports 1 mouse. I could update the script to work with 2 sets of controllers, but the second player would have less responsive controls, as they would emulate joystick or keyboard movement.

If they make HotD4 for the PC, you can play it on the PC like this. I don't know if I'd have to make changes to the script to support the functions that required you to shake the gun in the arcade version.

There are plenty of mousing scripts for GlovePIE. I modified the one I liked best, which was made by vkapadia, and comes with GlovePIE. I made it to work two-handed like a shotgun, and it should play nicely with Nintendo's new Wii Zapper shell.

You need a Bluetooth device of some kind on the computer, for the Remote to connect to. But not all Bluetooth adapters are compatible with the Wii Remote or programs like GlovePIE.
