The soap bars aren't there to indicate its use as a lubricant, it's used for its link with the "bending down to pick up your soap bar" in the army/prison scenario. Many soap bars = boy boy likes to bend down more. Liquid soap would have been a better innuendo if the noose had wanted to indicate lubrication.
