@ctwatcher, I own a daycare in a neighborhood and I have a crappy uneducated neighbor just like you. Maybe unfriendly and rude people should not live In neighborhoods. I do a wonderful job with my daycare children and have for 12 years. This woman is at fault for doing wrong and deserves to be punished not daycares as a whole.

However, you can't distrust all home daycares and daycare centers because of certain cruel people like that. There are some truly wonderful people who run daycares who are honestly passionate about children and would never imagine hurting a child in that way. It's just so sad that abusive women like that mess it up and make people fearful.
