Hate to break it to you but falconry was invented by Mongol/Turkic tribes of the steppes.

Mongol, Kazakh, Hun, Uyghur etc...

Besides, falcons or raptors for that matter don't even belong to a barren land like Arabia.

Do you know type of raptor? Looks like a Eastern Marsh Harrier or Gray-faced Buzzard. Buzzards like to ridge soar like that, and the stoop to return to the falconer's glove was great.
