  • Pleased that you attempted it and i guess the sweetness is a personal thing. Personally i don't like it too sweet, nor my family but it may be a cultural thing and what your expectations are.

  • very good recipe but i didnt think it was all that sweet. I plan on making it again soon and add about 20-30 grams more. I also melted some more butter and brushed it on top and sprinkled suger on top. very yummy!

  • you forget to add suger! you wanted to do but never did! just melted butter with milk and then added egg and flour!

  • Some french ppl learn english in america; she has obviously learned english in the uk, which is why some of her 'r's sound french & throaty and some sound british and open... Also explains why she sounds uk-ish but pronounces most words with french sing-song type stresses
