Bullshit, In 2007 you lost my cabin bag, yeah my cabin bag and never found it, paid USD $140 as damages. I lost about $400-500 stuff in that bag.
Just before I was bording at Doha, the guy who was standing out at the stairwell said there's not enough room as the flight is full, so he took my bag and gave me a gate ticket for my bag, and that was the last time I saw my bag.
I was flying from Toronto - Colombo, via London-Doha.
@Mariann834 Your comment shows that you have no idea about aircrafts! First of all the A340 has four engines and the 777 has two! Also the seat configuration is on almost every A340 2-4-2 and on 777 3-3-3!

@mah3003 Yes, they do! I'm former Qatar Airways cabin crew and I must say that the service in business class as well as in economy is excelent! Several brands of whisky and champagne in business and in first class. They also serve whisky in economy class, Johnny Walker Red Label, but no champagne. All free of charge!
