I have been fighting workers comp for 9 years now. No fault of my own. Defective boots were the cause. My feet are destroyed as a result of the injury. . I lost my car, backed up in bills for years now and workers comp only feels like getting back to me about once a year. Only to respond with forms I have to fill out if 30 days. The plant that i worked at destroyed my life and workers comp has done nothing.

i was injured a couple yrs ago on the job. work comp screwed me and i live in untreated pain.my job is very physical and i am now injured again and called into work . home with ibuprofen etc. and over the counter hot patches for pain. afaid to file an IR at work. i know how it goes. what should i do ?

WCAB system in Sacramento is corrupt and the judges are frauds, beware of Judge Phoenix and Thiessen even if they rule in your favor like me, they will reverse the decision if you dont settle with defendants for little $. if you have documentation it will magically disappear after your trial. DA's from Wei & Conner and Gordon & Rees will harrass you and family and pressure QME to renign on diagnosis using SB 899.

Zurich denied a claim on 3 points (found one year later to be erroneous.) But I couldn't retain WC atty for a severe spinal injury occurring just two weeks after denial, with no option than a QME. The QME (private practice ortho, who still works for insurers as an "expert medical witness") fully misdiagnosed my spinal injury. Four months after my pro per WC loss, I received an emergency multi-spinal fusion for my 1.5 year collapsing legs. My life destroyed, but why no conflict of interest regs?
