  • You know, I'm not sure that I understand how this item stays in place. Is one meant to tuck that loose bit aft under one's belt or what?

  • The straps keep it in place on the scooter, when you tighten them, they tension. The loose bit you can fold on your lap or have it against your torso, the wind holds it in place.
