Hulk has always been one of the more inconsitant characters of the hero world. One commic he destroys all the top characters at once xmen, avengers, etc, then the next, he can only just beat spiderman :(.
I Never know which comic is going to show 'THE HULK' or the hulk.
In the comic books The submariner beat the Hulk twice both times underwater. When they battled on land they battled to a draw. The first time he beat Hulk he created a powerful whirlpool that sucked Hulk's breath out of him. The second time he collided with Hulk and knocked Hulked out. When Namor had found him unconscious he was laying still and had turned back into Robert Bruce Banner. Namor could have easily killed him, but insteads just left.
Namor has always owned the hulk, In fact is time to make Namor an immortal, Neptune /Zeus should make him a god . I've written a series on how it happens that involves Thanos, it's great
hulk was defeated by namor in an early issue of the avengers. they fought to a standstill in tales to astonish 100 and defenders 52. unless it happend in world war hulk (and i am sure it did), hulk never defeated namor.
thanks. someone has told me in that series namor was against sending the hulk into space, when hulk returned to earth he/hulk had no beef with namor so they didn't fight. i don't know.
namor defeated the hulk in hulk's own magazine: incredible hulk #118. thanks for your efforts.
in issue 118 of incredible hulk, namor defeats the hulk...and it's the hulk's own magazine! marvel almost has a rule where the home team has the advantage and always wins!

namor too arrogant and proud. I guess thats why aqua man beat him in DC vs Marvel. besides i think namor cant beat the savage hulk.

@johnhrunion I think they fought in the WWH event and the fight was inconclusive. I gotta read the comics again and find out for sure.
