@fsimpro Almost every Pay-ware aircraft has a hit on the FPS, compared to the Defaults, this one is not much, but you will never find a Heavy Payware addon with the same FPS as the defaults.

Jon note, the livery on the inside winglet is wrong, the top stripe should be blue, not red. I noticed this on their One World livery also. Not sure why the got it wrong, because the outside looks ok.

This model is a problem. Just check on their forum!! It is not worth the money they ask for. I know that some of the modelers of the QualityWings developers register in their own Forum as curious people and clients to have good comments on their website. Sad.

On top of that it has a lot of incompatabilities with many software which may be installed on your PC. I had to reinstall the QW757 program 4 times and then get a new FSDT installer to make QW757 work in my FS9 to a reasonal level. A mess!!

Jon, would you say this 757 is FPS friendly? My E8400, 9800GTX+, and 4GB of RAM can hardly take up the Captain Sim 757 when my FSX is at max settings, what about this 757? It looks beautiful!

Also, do you need to pay for any extra packages like the Captain Sim 757 or is it all single with the QW 757?

I'm a big fan of POSKY (they seem to have the best freeware model & liveries for the 737, 747, 757, 767, & 777) but if you know of any better, I'm definitely all ears. Thanks for posting!

I will have to get back to you on the price of this amazing package, but as far as freeware: I don't know of anything but POSKY as far as 75's go. I'm not a HUGE fan of the 752 or 753 from POSKY though. Even though this is payware, I say QW wins, period. But freeware, POSKY all the way.

Not having really any experience w/payware add-ons (except for one by abacus which sucked!!!) & given my limited fundage at the moment, I'm stuck w/freeware add-ons right now. I'm sure there are some payware add-ons that are loads better than any freeware one (as evidenced by this particular payware add-on) but for freeware, POSKY isn't that bad. I would stay away from the CS 757 and invest in this (QualityWings) 757 once it releases. The PMDG 747 is among the best as far as the 747 is concerned - but for the 757, invest in QualityWings!

I participated in one of the initial tests of the Quality Wings about a year ago, and I like it much better than CS. In my opinion, the CS757 is all eye candy, the Quality wings is more about the love of flying, with some other nice details, like great exterior paints, as well as a nice Virtual Cockpit. I can't wait until it [Quality Wings] is fully released, so I too would recommend investing in Quality Wings.

Honestly, the editing somewhat took away from the livery. I can say this, no lie, this AA paint is the BEST I have seen on any 757 in FS. I mean that.

Well I hope so because it looks exactly like the paint Corey Ford did for the Captain Sim 757 and it doesn't have the shinny look. But all in all I will sill purchase this aircraft upon release and use the AA paint providing it's the best.
