Actually Gordon, if you watched the last episode they mention this next episode is the "conclusion of Horrible People." In other words, this is the end.

Besides, the whole story was about the champagne toast and Carter's engagement plan. With that out of the way, there's no room for another season, at least with the same characters.

I suppose they could have a new cast in a completely new scenario with the same direction, which could be cool, but we may never know.

Nah, I doubt it's the end. If you go to their actual website, you'll see that these episodes are labeled as 'Season One'.

I can definitely see Carter and Billy in some future situations. It's pretty cool that they made such a whirling plot around a single party.
