  • how big is ur box? what is it tunned to

  • What's the song?

  • either that sub is more powerful than I think or that box was made shitty. lol. I saw the top of the box flex like crazy with the sub. lol. Awesome set up though!

  • Hey, dimensions on that box please? thanx

  • yo put a double baffle on there. it will keep the box from flexing

  • nice box.sounds good

  • nice setup dude im planning on getting one fifteen and getting one of the newer rockford t 2500bd amps for it

  • haha nice, look closely and you can see the box flexin

  • nice setup bro. now get some carpet and clean it up

  • @MRGoodenough76. Yes sir right away sir

  • @mitch6497 Might wanna get a little dynamat while yer at it bro, lol! Not that you can hear it inside. :)

  • @mitch6497 might wanna also look into smooth sandin the box and 2 tonin it or using automotive paint. . .

  • @mitch6497 and dont make him tell u twice

  • Shit hit's bro, Props.

  • @jake2886 thanks

  • alot of amps can handle 0.5 ohms without going into protection but the life of the amplifier running will shorten big time. you will need a steady 13.5volts or higher and that amp will get hot fast and do poorly after awhile sense it will be so hot. its great for comps and spl contests but everyday nah. had a amp run at .5 and in 8 months blow the output. plus btl is 1.4 ohms so ur really gonna be at 0.38ohms which is too low for everyday

  • what did u dropped the ohms 2...and do u think the t20001bd can handle it on .5 ohm or is that 2 much for my amp...cause i'm going 2 get a 15 or 18 fi btl fully loaded...but don't know what to get dual 1 or dual 3 ohm!!! what do u think

  • @lunesta187 i messed up...i meant to say dual 1 or dual 2 ohm for my t20001bd

  • @lunesta187 get the dual 2ohm model. they say the t2000 can handle .75 ohms but I have never heard of anybody dropping it down to .5 ohm

  • @mitch6497 chode69 said his 2500 handled .5 ohms fine.

  • @iHockey28 the 2500 is a completely different amp, it may be able to handle .5 i am no amp expert, i just know i have never heard anybody dropping the t2000 down that low.

  • \@mitch6497 t2500bd and t2000bd arent to different.

  • brace that box brah it's flexin!

  • hey bro is it loud on that rockford ?

  • @Monte24s it was real loud with the rockford but much louder now with the saz-3000

  • how big is your box?

  • @flint1810 5cf tuned @ 28hz

  • @mitch6497 ok cool nice setup!!!

  • what amp do u have running it?

and did u need to do the Big 3?

  • @McManWhich rockford fosgate t20001bd and i didnt have the big three at that time but it deff. needed it.

  • does a single btl15 slap? because Ive been thinking about gettin one.

  • @TheCvose well i did a 142db all sealed up with this setup. for one 15 it pounded!!

  • @TheCvose BTL is louder than many subwoofers out there. Not the loudest, but it's up there.

  • shit, thought it was a 18" for a sec, kick ass

  • wats the song name

  • @frankylongballs gorilla zoe - what it is

  • looks like the box is flexin, i just got an 18 btl, fis are sick

  • it was untill I put a 2x4 brace in it.

  • this is major league bass

  • how muc would you sll that t2000 for

  • already sold it.

  • where did u get this from and why would you sell a beast like this??

  • ebay, gotta do what you gotta do!!

  • yeah

  • Honestly man speaker popping is usually caused by clipping the amp. This can be caused by in adequate charging system or in my hoe I had too small power wire run. Replaced it with 0 guage all the way back and nothing else. Severe voltage drop sent to your sub is from your gains being set too high your vehicle cant keep up with it. It's basically sucking every bit of juice your car has. Make sure ur running 0 guage on that amp, and back your gain off a little you should be golden. ?s pm me

  • Nice expo! Almost same as mine, check my vid, runnin 2k rms in my expo

  • hey man i think i am getting a f1btl 15 and the new t2500-bd , what ohm configuration do i get on the sub and what battery and alternator do you have?

  • dual 2ohm, i had a kinetik hc1400 and stock alt in the vid but i am getting a hc2400 and an iraagi 260 amp alt when i rebuild the system

  • whats the song on this ?

  • you know what it is by gorilla zoe off the new album

  • @whackboy32 You know what it is - gorilla zoe

  • what would be better, spending 550 on 2 fi q 18s or 550 for 1 fi btl 18 on the same amp?

  • good question. ask me again in march i am getting 2 fi q 18s to replace this btl 15. i blew the sub cause i didnt get a subsonic filter and kept giving it dirty power : (

  • do you think the amp is good quality and puts out the power it says it can?

  • the amp is awsome, and it puts out more power than it says it can. trust me that amp on those fi q 18s will be nasty, i cant wait till i get my fi q 18s. just make sure you get an extra battery and ho alt.

  • hopefully u didnt throw out that woofer it can be reconed for cheap!!!

  • i still have it, i decided to recone it and get another one instead of the two q 18s

  • nice is it reconed yet?

  • not yet it will get reconed in feb. when i get my tax return and do it all at once.

  • its only 508 for a btl 18 shipped to ur house

  • Forgot to add that you subsonic is fixed at 28htz like mine

  • nice how many watts you pushing?

  • 2200 all day power

  • do u still run your stock alt? and what kinetiks battery is that? hc2000? thanks

  • stock alt, and the battery is the hc1400

  • Tha sub is tryin to escape from the box. That subsonci filter will help a lot. Good going.

  • what is your box tuned too? It wouldn't matter if it was tuned too low, where you tuned too is the lowest excursion because the excursion is controlled at the port tuning, BUT the frequency below your tuning frequency will cause the woofer to move very far and is likely causing it to hit the back and making a pop noise, other known as botteming out

  • i found out the box is tuned to 38hz, i was told i need to get a better subsonic filter other than the one on the amp so i can adjust it to different freq, and that would take care of the popping.

  • my box is tuned to 33 and it slamss with no popping try Walk with a waddle by gorrila zoe

  • thanks i will try that this weekend.

  • i put a 2x4 in the middle of the box and resealed the top plate, and it worked perfect... thanks

  • no and i am paying for that now, it is starting to seperate on the top plate from the weight, and pressure of the sub. gotta learn from mistakes... oh well

  • did u put bracing in the box
