Easy solution. Ran through that wall with a full 10 seconds left, which he could have got to quicker but wanted to add effect, then straight out the back of the builing. He probably jumped out a window pre set up with a harness or something. The building came dowqn as his make up artist dded some scratches to his face and then after a bit, out he walked.
