A plane crashed just outside the city killing 50 people, and shocked the community. The NHL asked Buffalo if they wanted to postpone the game, the Sabres said no, they wanted to do this for the community. The Sabres took an early lead but fell apart towards the end of the game and were losing. Everyone was crushed, but the Sabres tied the game with just 7 seconds left, and in the shootout won for the city of Buffalo...

Well, I was driving in the car and listening on the radio so the last thing I hear Rick say was "8 seconds left, now 7..... *garble garble garble (good old 550 AM sucks ass and doesnt come in ever)" and then I heard yelling and celebrating. So lol, 7 seconds was all I remember.

For some reason 550 doesn't come in very well in my car, and by not very well, I mean you can barely make out 5-10 seconds of english before static comes back. Why dont they fix that shit?

great video. as always your editing skills are top notch. it's too bad the way the season ended, sadly i think we're in for another 9th-10th place finish next year, but 2010-2011 our squad will be a lot better. our d core (myers,butler,weber,sekera) will be a lot more mature. we need more toughness in our top 6 as well, which was addressed in this draft, but it's gonna take a couple of years to see the difference.

The Flyers don't have any goaltenders to drop. Biron is un-signed. He wants a multi-year deal averaging 5 million a season, and the Flyers lack the cash to re-sign him. Right now, Philly's starting goalie is Ray Emery. Maybe Biron would like to come back to Buffalo as a "home town discount." The Miller/Biron combo was great.

no it wasnt, not only was the combo short but it consisted of biron whinning and evenually demanding a trade to philly, and they is no why we can get biron, we have lalime already for a year and my friend jhonas enroth will most likely be backing up miller the year after

Miller/Biron combo was something that worked; simply look at the numbers. Biron went 13 games w/ out losing a game in the 06/07 season! Biron did not demand a trade. Remember, Biron was/is a key player in NHLPA. GM wanted a trade to add the last piece needed to win a Stanley Cup. It was a smart move, because Biron's contract was going to be up at the end of the season. He did not demand a trade. It was management. Enroth will be in the AHL for another season, before being a backup to Miller.
