  • Nice Rupp Minibike!

  • it's fun to ride too. thanks for watching!

  • shame that to restore or buy any rupp these days one would have to 2nd mortgage their house its pitifull how a hobby as such has become a hellish monopoly youve even got geniuses blowing prices way out of proportion on ebay that are just mere project bikes that require a small fortune to restore but those who can God Bless them 2 or 3 grand for a rupp?? thats sick 3 to 500 for basket cases is even worse craigslist or swapmets the way to go

  • A-men brother I hear ya!

  • shame that to restore or even buy one of these or a rupp minibike you need to take a second mortgage out on your house or donate body organs , a small group of people have monopolized it

  • there are still some deals but they are hard to find.

  • They are rare for sure. Fun to ride but real bouncy!

  • You never see those anymore !!!!!!

  • I saw 2 at a swap meet today, both w/o engine. 1 was for $125 and the other $175.

  • is ther gonna be a mini bike show this year?

  • yes, on Sunday June 21.

This is the 10th year for the event. It runs June 19-21 2009

  • excellent!

  • my dad found his old rupp go-joe in storage and gave it to me. I'm working on restoring it and hopefully will be riding it by the summer time. I already bought racing gear helmet paint and the parts for it. When it's completed I will post the video.

  • Nice go-joe. My brothers and myself had one as kids back in the seventies. We had the 295cc variety. Lots of fun on that thing back in the day.

  • it's a ball to ride

  • Sweet Rupp Go Joe.

  • thank you sir

  • That version is 8hp and has a top speed of 30mph

  • That's great Keith, I have never seen one in action. Would you happen to know the top end speed on those? And what Horse Power?

    Bam

  • Hi buddy, thanks! I'll have the owner answer this 'cause I can't. He's the guy with the red cap in the vid. I'll say this, that machine ALWAYS attracts lots of attention when we're at events.

  • I hope the rider doesn't forget what she is supposed to practice ;)
