  • @supra1216 lol there's a few evo's that are set up for drifting in the D1 GP. But the majority of people won't convert an awd to rwd. It'll make it almost cripple.

  • probably 2 different turbo sizes. 10psi on a smaller turbo is not 10 psi on a bigger turbo. And I think the prelude has a high compression ratio.

  • very true it is high compression. yeah you get the boost lag, evo prob has just a T2 or so. most after markets start out with a t3 or small t3 t4 hybrid.

  • where is this stock H22 running 12psi making 480whp. HONDA crap cars cannot make that power without spending 15k in motor work. We live in AUGUSTA GA bring this supposed honda

  • Sorry to Bring this back from the dead, PSI, and CFM's aren't the best way to measure performance... All about the Flow (lbs/min).. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a direct relation to the amount of lbs/min and HP..

  • that sc was crap, mine was 2jz-gte swapped with t70 single, fmic, exhaust, and bcc and would of rolled that evo, no prob..0.0

  • the guy either dint try or I am seriously underestimating RWD cars going from a roll. my friend has a 355hp evo9 running 24psi boost and that thing is like a freaking rocket, and his car seems to be faster then that evo. but it's hard to tell looking at a video

  • i know a guy making 295rwhp untuned on 7psi in a sc300. the fact is that the sc lost to an evo. less power and more weight of the sc doesnt help against a car that was made for boost from the factory.

    i bet if you took an sc300 with 2jzgte bpu swap vs. an evo(even tunes) it would be a different story. the fuel and ignition curves on the na motor such for boost. if the sc was tuned it would be a totally different story.

  • idk un tuned na-t sc keeping up with a supposed 400whp evo? Thats a bit over the top i would think, i mean an un tuned Sc300 cant be pushing more than 300hp

  • I've seen untuned 1000whp Supras before. Your logic makes no sense. You can drive around with a crappy ign curve and a crappy fuel trim and still make power. There's no reason you can just pull a number out of a hat like that.

  • pull what number? a tuned 400whp car against an un tuned na-t sc300.If its not uned its probably pushing low boost unless they manually uped the boost but even then it cant be pushing that much depending on the size turbo they used. And most cars that are untuned run slower than what they should. Sometimes an untuned modded car can run slower than a stock car.
