  • You just watched 10 minutes of nearly naked men flex their shiny muscles at you. still feel straight bro?

  • To each his own. Looks should never supersede over all health but the focus of each persons training is up to them. You bravely entered the world of the body builders, now how about a video of both of you doing basic yoga poses?

  • i guess this video proves it, bodybuilding is better.

  • Too much talk at the start. Didn't need that much of an intro. Otherwise it's alright. You've got a well defined muscular physique. I thought your body looked better. And I bet that you have way more power to weight ratio.

    P.S. I hated the music.

  • He had to use roids? Pathetic. His body doesn't even look that good.

  • I'd like to merge the two guys together to get the perfect body. ;-)

  • That bodybuilder..Really did NOT look so good. I was expecting someone who was in decent shape. You say thats just before competition? He looked really smooth, not cut at all. He has some decent mass but thats about it, and its not even very much. I'd pick your physique over his.. And he told you he achieved this with the help of steroids? I'm not impressed.

  • Expecting someone in decent shape? Didn't look that good? Decent mass? Dude, I gurentee you he looks 5x better then you do,

  • @ThyNameisDrew Uhm, no, he doesnt.. The guy (the old me) you see in my videos is YEARS old. I'm a fitness professional, and I'm in much MUCH better shape than the bodybuilder in this video.

  • OK this is YOUR YOGA vs HIS BODYBUILDING. pathetic. not everyone uses roids or supplements. the best bodybuilders are the ones that realize the importance of an anabolic diet. a natural diet. go ho e he would rip u in half still

  • !!!???? como esta posible que no entiendes ???? esta bien escribe !

  • Well I do use Dumbells but n more than 15 pounds plus 40 minutes of Yoga session and then 15 mins of sauna

  • I prefer your body! You look much healthier, nice abs plus no nasty roids.

  • You forgot to make him do yoga poses so he can be made fun of too...

  • 2 skiny , need to work on your shoulders and traps more

  • The light is pretty unflattering. I'm sure the yoga body looks great i more natural light!!

  • i hope peace will come to you :P !!!

  • and also dont ever talk anymore about yoga and physic looks okay ! cause if you do its that you dont understand nothing about yoga and this way of living

  • and say he! look at him is big and strong but not heatly look at this stupid guys ! .... sorry but your stupid let other life is life the they want and spend time on compare yourself whit him... compare to yourself ;)

  • @Zarathoustra00 lol what are you saying?

  • i have just one things to say to you .... WHY do you fucking compare yourself whit others.... if you dont feel unite whit yourself than your doing not living Yoga !... Im a power lifter and yoga adept and i dont try to prove myself that my way of life is the better ! its the better for me . i dont use steroids not spend a lot of money on suplement and of curse im not the strongest man in the world ! but all day im going over myself and im proud of myself so i dont need to bash on other

  • @Zarathoustra00 Still don't know what you're saying lol

  • Wow. I've been reading these comments and pretty much all I've seen from the yogis against bodybuilding are assumptions, Ad Hominems, and strawmans. ''I'd like to see bodybuilders hold downward dog,'' ''all you do is lift a weight in the air.'' etc. Excuse my grammer.

  • You look great bro! I'd bet you have much stronger bones than the bodybuilder, as protein inhibits calcium absorption! The bodybuilder; unbeknownst to him, probably has the bones of a 90 year old woman.

  • Comment removed

  • u got a perfect shape plus healthy! keep going!!!

  • A lot of commentators are pretty ignorant.

You can combine yoga with bodybuilding, a lot if serious bodybuilders combine both. One of the most important reasons for them is to prevent injuries.

And whats with the stereotypes, there are a lot of fat yoga practisioners and a lot of non steroid bodybuilders. It seems everyone thinks bodybuilders are big and inflexible.

  • ignoring the fac tthat yoga is probbably more healthy and whatever, I must say the body-builder looks way cooler

  • I prefer the lean muscle that Yoga gives you.

  • Let's add gymnasts to the mix here...no heavy weights, just resistance, and they have some of the most efficient bodies in the world.

  • Search "The 7 Masters" Bodybuilder yoga teacher!

  • You did his poses...he should try yours...Dancer,head stand,wheel,half moon,crow,shoulder stand...ect

you try a set of 10 rep... 300 pound dead lifts...

I think you both will see this is apples to oranges...

  • Weights lifting doesn't HAVE to be done with HEAVY weights.

  • Both bodies look good but i'm gonna have to side with the yoga bc his physique is functional with full range of motion... plus it doesn't need supplements to maintain (though they do help). Body builders have severely limited mobility and strength in many basic movements.

  • This video compares the body mass of two bodies...

How about one more video showing both guys doing yoga and height lifting.

The body is machine that needs to be balanced to be fully effective.

    BALANCE.

    No body mass surplus.

  • Hello, nice video. Just had a quick question guys, what do u thing will happen if we mix both body building and yoga? any side effects or injuries to expect? really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

    thanks

  • @23026614 If both are performed correctly there shouldn't be any injuries. Combining yoga EQUALLY with body building will result in lowered muscle 'size' because the two forms are opposite in philosophy. Body building focuses on making a muscle as big as it could potentially be by increasing muscle fiber. Whereas yoga focuses on make the muscle as functional as it possibly could be which includes allowing the muscle to lengthen to its full potential, making it more streamlined ie not big n puffy

  • well compare yourself to arnold rather this bold guy... duh hes much better and paid for steroids

  • should be no versus. just and. yoga "and" bodybuilding. is the combo

  • Bodybuilder wins. Anyone with low bodyfat can look like the skinny guy. LOL

  • he takes steriods and hes this big lol hes prob doing pussy weights lol

  • WOW 06:10

  • K now make a video and have the bodybuilder do some tuff yoga poses such as a headstand.

  • Check out their health in 20 years. The yoga guy will have above average health, the bodybuilding guy will have lots of damage.

  • @oceanman08 yes, this is a jealous poster sounds like...you...

  • Comment removed

  • the yoga dude lifts weights?

  • How about this, do both.... its not hard, I do kettlebells, callisthenics and Yoga. Only doing Yoga is sort of weak for a guy.... Sorry, but you just don't have any mass on you. You need a bit more mass.

  • i was short dead short thanks to "Helpo Growth Formula "

    im now tall

  • @oceanman08 i read your comment before i saw the bodybuilder in the video. You got me curious about how "fat" he was. After seeing him, and reading your comment again about commitment in the gym, it's clear you know nothing of what you're talking about.

  • Bodybuilding is very different from yoga, as the spiritual and end goals are very different (if you call it yoga, otherwise call it asanas or just the postures). A person might use the asanas as a warm up to any sport, but a person is not practising yoga. To practise yoga - asanas are just one part of a path to self realization that involves mental disciple, awareness, meditation, charitiable deeds, purification of the mental faculties and physical to be a more effective human being to mankind.

  • Bodybuilding doesn't need to revolve around the use of steroids. Look at Jim Cordova, who has one of the best natural physiques that I've seen. Combine that with yoga and reap the benefits from both practices.

  • I don't see why one would need so much muscle now-a-days! But I suppose its time better spent then watching TV. But when you guys are not flexing, the visual appeal is greater! And also its a lil harder to cuddle on a couch with a body builder..

  • To all you guys looking for a beautiful, intelligent woman, DON'T bodybuild, all the ones I met don't like that type of body. Most of the body builders I've known are either gay or have that quality well hidden under layers of beef.

  • One is able to flex, the other is flexible.

  • i think the bodybuilder shull try few yoga poses or few rounds of surya namakaskara B and see, i think will not last even for a min, bodybuilding is the more unhealthy workout, wake up guys, there are is nothing nice about that body, im sorry

  • Curious, but does he really do steroids, or are you generalizing?

  • I make my own supplements too.

  • do u know like a yoga routine or something that i could do?

    what's your routine?

  • Sorry, but bodybuilder wins.

  • i dont think so..........

  • I don't get it. There was no comparison. The bodybuilder blew the yoga guy to bits!

  • yoga guy= monkey; bodybuilding guy= gorilla ;)

  • LOL yoga guy absolutely killed the bodybuilder. This video would have been ALOT better if it were a natural bodybuilder. Then there would be a nice comparison of what each discipline brings to the structure of the body. Natural bodybuilder would have looked extremely similar just a bit more OOOOMPH : )

  • just look at that bodybulider!

    he has fucking tits!

    ugly like hell

  • both look fit, but I honestly think it's a matter of taste. I personally prefer the bodybuilder look for myself, and bodyweight exersizes will only take you so far in terms of strength and size

  • looking good bro, just take a multi and lift heavy

  • I guess the yoga guy looks allot sexier because he looks more natural, but bodybuilding is different. It has it's own aesthetics different from the mainstream.

  • bodybuilder = ugliest abs ever lol

    yoga = very defined

  • LOL!

Man, somebody´s stolen your lats and your bis!!!!!!!

Don´t worry man. You can still get there with proper training and diet.

Bodybuilding + yoga = great results!

  • A bodybuilder wouldnt last 10 minutes in a yoga class. many UFC fighters are doing yoga now for the breathing and flexibility. lifting weights is good, bodybuilding is all drugs. whoever has the best steroids looks the best.

  • @tonyvalente Spin that around and say,a yoga instructor wouldn't last more than a minute in a gym,too much physical strain on his body and that's just from lifting the olympic bar.

Anyway i'll stick with my slim physique.legs like toothpicks but well defined abs which is always a winner with the teens ;)

Did i say i've got well defined abs ,well defined you say ,yeah ,very defined,i get that look from not eating much,so less fat ,more defined abs.

  • @1dosucol1 liftings weights good, bodybuilding is bullshit. whoever has the best roid dealer looks better. 90% of bodybuilders have major health problems . And all your top UFC champions do yoga and lift weights NOT BODYBUILDING. If you have to shoot up to workout and not a world class paid professional, and need to shoot up to go up the street to do 3 sets of 10, your fucking sorry.

  • fuck this guy

  • Much better definition, and much better abs and midsection compared to the bodybuilder. No doubt most women would find your body more attractive than the bodybuilders. You probably have much better flexibility, mind, and breath control, as most that practice yoga do.

  • yoga guy definitly not as bulky but unless its the light you seem to have way more overall definition than the bb. especially abs and triceps. I think you have less body fat.

  • Great Video ! You know , really. there is no right or wrong. everyone is built different and it all comes down to how you feel about yourself. If you feel better lighter , and he feels better with 10x more muscle then thats just how it is. As long as your are not a lazy fat ass ! P.s. the body builder has a great uperbody. His legs are Horrible ! I know body builders . He need to work on that

  • whats wrong with being a lazy fat arse?

  • Great video, It would be better to compare to a natural bodybuilder though.

  • lol nice poses

  • Awesome video man!

  • Very interesting! I've come to appreciate the power of Yoga and the rejuvination, thanks to P90X. No offense, I would rather be fit and flexible myself:}

  • You both look good =)

  • I lift weights and take protein supplements. My body size is closer to the bodybuilder and I do yoga as well. You def. can have the best of both worlds ;-)

  • MP looks better overall, more definition. I think you should work on your trapezius more then you won't "look" so skinny, it'll help make you "look" more fit than you are. BB dude is too roided up, you can't see any striations in the muscle. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't steroids make your cells take on more water, makes you all puffy looking?

  • @fetymann Depends what brand of gear you inject, but you can use insulin instead, greater risk of killing yourself though!

  • @fetymann

The crucial difference between the two disciplines is this: bodybuilding is a finite endeavor, yoga is for a lifetime. Bodybuilding is high-maintenance, dependent on access to external substances and equipment, all obsolescence-prone. There will definitely be a tipping point where the body will begin to dissipate regardless of effort. The desire for added, unnecessary weight forced onto the body against its natural blueprint is bound to backfire. Yoga culture is in terms of itself.

  • @mistermyxyplyx1950 You are exactly right. I do yoga and lift weights, but I do realize I can not lift weights for the rest of my life. It is indeed finite and to be honest, I feel like heavy weight lifting goes against the natural alignment of my body(rough on my low back). It is great for now while I am young to build up a good frame but I realize I will only body build for so long because my body can only take so much of it. Yoga however is more like a religion to me and I will do forever.

  • it's time to mashup Yoga and Bodybuilding.. instead of Yoga VS Bodybuilding

  • haha, im not sure if this was a joke or if this was for real... but love the music

  • Great video! thanks for the comparision!

  • bodybuilding wins, definition is easy...but my questions is...why?

  • I'm 5'5 1/2, and have weighed as much as 178.lbs

I've done a little body build when I was younger done the protein thing that we do then, and was large for my height but unhealthy! Now I live a Raw Living Food Lifestyle, about 98% Raw Living Food, I ride Bike 6-12 mile almost every day, workout with some free weights and lots of streching & breathing.I now weigh from 129 after a cleansing fast-134 @ most, very well defined.I was very sick when I started & now i'm 2K% better! It takes a balance

  • agrreed

  • I like the yoga look more its not as chunky. its more touchable.

  • yoga wins -more tasty ;)

  • Too many defined people around in the world, at least body building shows commitment.

  • @peterchamp respect!!

  • so then what? I dont get it... the guy is muscled, you are defined.

  • Kinda like comparing apples and oranges;some like apples better, some oranges, which doesn't mean apples are a bad thing.I do bothYoga and body building,I think it's good to work on strength, but to make sure you don't loose flexibility over it...

  • I don't get the point of this video, obviously a bodybuilder on roids is going to have a bigger bod, the point is to to compare the state of health of the lifestyles of both individuals, not the external physique...what will that tell you...

Actually, I expected the bodybuilder to be bigger and more ripped...

...but I respect both types of training, Personally prefer the body-weight lifestyle more simply because its a healthier way to go

  • yoga wins no comp

  • I think when someone starts bodybuilding it is for girls or to intimidate but after one learns about the hobby/sport it becomes much much more. It becomes an expression of one's self and teaches people discipline. If one thinks you learn about your body through yoga then you can imagine what you learn when you are actually trying to manipulate your body structure. It is good to be well rounded but I use yoga in the mornings to warmup for bodybuilding.

  • do yoga after stretching befor weight training decreases your force production by up to 15%

  • @bryanjamesgallagher Yoga (the gymnastics of yoga, to be precise) should be perfect for manipulating the body structure as long as you are not trying to increase the volume of your muscles. Cause it is precisely what it's designed for...

Usually better chi circulation is what you want, and yoga is quite good for that. As for bodibuilding, well, I'm not so sure about it.

  • that bodybuilding stuff really turns a lot of girls off, though i like it personally. If yoga man builds his chest a bit and, say, starts swimming some, he's got the bodybuilder beat.

  • wow I thought this video was just gonna have 1 douchbag but no there was 2

  • LMAO! Damn you are so skinny dude! Looks like you are not putting on any weight with all that wheat grass LoL.

  • i'm gettin jacked up

  • i think Yoga works well but it looks pretty creepy lol but i guess better than the body builder look, i think thats just nasty lol

  • Keep in mind, posing is a Bodybuilding competition, not something Yogis train for.

This type of video can bring idiots out of the wordwork, judging by the comments.

The Yogi is way more ripped than the BB, and has very impressive abs. The BB is obviously more massive.

Now, it'd only be fair to test the BB's bodyfat percentage, isometric strength, balance, and flexibility with the Yogi's abilities.

  • Brings a lot of idiots out of the woodwork then you post this comment lol: "only fair if you test BB with yoga's abilities??" How about testing the yoga's strength compared to the BB ??? Bodybuilding is about bulking and cutting. You bulk until you approach a competition then you start slimming down. This wasn't a lowest BF competition. Its easy to have low BF when you have no mass. It was just a demo of one extreme versus the other. Not all bodybuilders are on roids / huge. Big generalization

  • Lol at some of the comments below. Chill out guys, he wasn't bad mouthing body builders. It was just for fun. I see a bunch of hater. The bodybuilder wasn't amazing but he's still acomplished something, as long as he's enjoying himself. Same for the yoga guy. Chill twats.

  • haha that yga guy is very thin.. i do yoga and weight lifting..

  • Great comparison.

  • the yoga guy looks like hes come out of a concentration camp

  • Good yoga example, not a very good bodybuilding example... Nice video and idea!

  • why are u hating on bodybuilders? you vs'ed 1 guy lol and not every bodybuilder does roids. im a mix between bodybuilding and power lifting. im 19 i max bench at 455 squat/deadlift 405. does that make me on roids :)? if anything the yoga guy is just toned. to me thats not real muscle. when he gets atleast 16 inch arms we'll talk. my 20inch arms laugh at u xD

  • Natural > Fake.

  • Bodybuilder guy needs some ab work.

Good video, to demonstrate the comparison!

  • i dunno why i'm hating... good on him. anybody ever here of the yogi that was interned in a coffin for 40 days. his mouth, nose and ears sealed with wax. his tomb guarded by english soldiers. he entered a state of meditation. shut down like a reptile. almost dead and then was awoken, hot water massaged on his cold and stiff limbs... he said "i told you i could do it"

  • and why is he doing body builder poses, why doesn't he do and any postures that show the 50% flexibility 50% strenght ideal combination that yoga aims for? check out yoga asana championships if u wanna see a fit yoga body.

  • i practice bikram yoga. Bikram choudhury was a indian yoga champion and bodybuilder. this guy's body is hurting. i hope people understand he only speaks for his own practice, not yoga as a whole

  • It takes too much time that I don't care to spend on "looks". I'd rather be healthy and natural than spend lots of time in the gym. Sure it might be appealing to teenage girls, but who cares when you're older(Past 25) and it really doesn't matter. If you're really into bodybuilding and like it, that's fine. However, if someone is just trying to impress someone by looking that way... I think they'd be wasting their time.

  • You should have used yoga flame dude. Or maybe stretched your arms across the room. At least floated in the air in lotus position

  • Everything in moderation, don't be biased. Especially against a bodybuilder on ROIDS. Not every bodybuilder uses them.

Also, your body types are different. You look like a ectomorph and he a mesomorph/endomorph. I bodybuild and do alot of yoga/cardio, and look in between you guys, which is best. You look like skeletor...

  • actually think the body builder is carrying more excess weight than you...hips especially...possibly excess water from meat/carb uric acid

  • That other guy is the devil lol :P

  • My brother was a bodybuilder+ got pretty big... He was always jeolous of how hiking built my quads+calves. He was so impressed with what hiking did for me,he quit the gym and he got into hiking... Funny this video reminds me of my brother, thanx. I'd say Yoga is MUCH more healthy. On the flip side being obsessed with how you look in the mirror+"never" being happy with how big you are is unhealthy.I've been there,I know.

  • Good for him! Glad to hear it! Then what happened to your brothers big muscles after he quit bodybuilding? Did his muscles shrink and disappear or did they turn all soft, mushy and useless?

  • You need to post more pics of your physique on your website to highlight the benefits of a healthy living diet.

  • Interesting video!

Both have their merits (but I think I would prefer the yoga body a bit more.)

Who is the bodybuilder? Does he have his own website or youtube channel?

    Thanks! :-)

  • who tends to live longer out of the bodybuilder and yoga

  • I tried body building for a couple years and got to 165 pounds. Now im 150 5'11", and I feel way better at a lighter weight. Its better to go for ripped then huge.

  • Interesting video idea. If I were to purely base my assessment on the differences between the end result...both bodies are great. IMO the bodybuilder has excellent symmetry and proportion to his physique while the guy who practices yoga is lean and vascular. That said, the bodybuilder has more of the classic greek aesthetic which has stood the test of centuries and influenced the work of great artists all over the world.

  • The yoga body was way sexier.

  • both bodies are great, but i prefer the yoga type. in my opinion, bodybuilding overstretches the natural, healthy body resources and proportions

  • the steroids guy: YUCK!

  • sure a yoga body is nice, if u are a girl^^

  • I wouldn't say that. Although Yoga girls do have awesome bodies. You ever see that show called "Namaste Yoga"? Those women on there are pretty hot. lol

  • you say you don't even do any weight lifting, but you seem pretty ripped in a lean way. so do you just do yoga and how much yoga a day? I tried yoga but i just didn't have enough patience for it. i like activity with more action. is there any yoga video that is more exciting than the normal yoga stuff?

  • hey what can i do to look like the guy who does yoga

  • how bout yoga

  • The bodybuilder was not in good contest shape. Bodybuilding is not just about large muscles but about about combination of size and conditioning. The comparison of a lean man with less muscle mass and man who is not as lean with more muscle mass doesn't really show that much to be honest.

A better comparison would be you versus a national level pre-contest natural bodybuilder. thx for the video though btw I practice both yoga and bodybuilding and think both are great

  • but wait... i thought most bodybuilder's have a higher fat percentage for most of the year in order to gain weight easier. only slimming down before the contest.

  • Beautiful work, both of you. Thank you.

  • where is the bodybuider? I see only one

  • Bottom line for me (for what it's worth;):

    You both have fantastic bodies.

One has been honed with endurance, flexibility and balance, with very high extendor and core strength...

The other with strength endurance (10-12 reps), single joint movments (I assume!) and hypotrophy (Doh!).

Both are statments of disapline, willpower, and probably just as healthy (unless the 'builder juices to exteams o'course). Well done - both

  • Ok, I'm very curious: you said "it's a little embarrassing". WHY??? Please don't tell me you're embarrassed cuz he is more muscular?!

  • Thanks for the nice comments. People have always told me I was to skinny so I have a little bit of a complex about it. But I have to remind myself that most people do not realize what true health is. Just because you blow your muscles up and gain size doesn't mean that you are healthy. True lasting health and strength is what is happenning inside the body and not what is on the outside. But it sounds like you already figured this out.

    Thanks again

  • Everything you said about lasting health and strength is very true and wise. I totally agree.

But I sure hope you don't still have a complex about being skinny. Skinny guys rule! Especially over big bulging muscles like the bodybuilder in your video! Why would anyone want to look like that?

Yeah that bodybuilder has huge muscles. But like others said, I bet his genitals are small and useless (from lifting weights too much and steroids)! I'm sure he's embarrassed about that! Lol

  • No I don't have a complex about it or else I would be craming down food to try and gain weight. People that usually say I am to skinny are just expressing their frustration for lack of discipline.

I kind of feel sorry for bodybuilders, only because i use to try and be like them. Then I really thought deeply about why I was doing it. And for me, the reasons were silly.

  • Lol some people's comments really crack me up! Anyhow...

It's good you don't have a complex. Obsession with body image can be unhealthy. Glad you are not like that.

I feel sorry for bodybuilders sometimes too (but only when I'm not laughing at them!) I heard most bodybuilders suffer from muscle dysmorphia. I think guys who lift weights excessively do have it, at least to some degree.

Does your friend in the video? I'm guessing yes, since he's on steroids.

  • There's just something unmanly about bodybuilders and muscular guys. I don't know and can't explain it.

    Don't you think so?

  • Yeah I think most bodybuilders are gay and just trying to impress the guys lol.

  • Great video! Great comments too! Judging by them, you really crushed the bodybuilder! You beat him on other counts too: People don't seem to like muscly guys. He does steroids. So his sex organs must be really suffering, as everyone knows steroids shrinks his penis and testicles and eventually ruins them. Also, he spends his money on supplements, so he's probably poor. In other words, all us viewers think you look better, have more money, and are more manly than the bodybuilder! You win!!!

  • Second man: A big buff bodybuilder with huge gross muscles and with a very small, tiny, and useless penis that he can barely ever get up because of the steroids! Despite that, and his shrunken and sterile testicles, he's most likely conceited, narcissistic, cocky, and really dumb.

And I know I'm not the only woman and person who feels this way.

  • I would choose the skinny guy over the bodybuilder any day! Based on past experiences with men of both body types, when I watch this video I clearly see:

First man: Mature, intelligent, and healthy with a thin, gorgeous body. He is most likely romantic, sensitive, and an excellent lover with a large and more than satisfying manliness that can satisfy any woman!...

  • Hey thanks for your comment, I really appreciate it. But just be easy on the other guy, he is still my friend. lol

  • Sorry for the rant! Lol ;-p

But he is a bodybuilder, his body is exposed there to be criticized. Also, I really hate guys who show off their huge gross muscles like that! Eww! He is too muscly, too much muscle! His manboobs are bigger than women's and his stomach muscles are all bulging and rippling, which looks just freakish and unnatural! If he ever came up to me, I would kick him hard in his testicles. Oops! Lol

But you are hot! Lol I prefer thin lanky guys, as do most other women.

  • It's true. You and the bodybuilder should make another video and compare your attractiveness. See who everybody thinks is sexier, cuter, or "hunkier" *gag*! Lol I am sure everyone, especially the women, will choose you. No doubt: Cuteness over beefcake, every time!

  • OMG I really hope you don't get beat up for all this! Lol

What does he think of the vid and comments? Doesn't he know that most people will think his muscles mean he has lesser genitals, either he is compensating or steroids made them fall off?

BTW, how did he do in the competition (in his teeny weeny, very unmanly, speedo! *rolls eyes* Lol)?

Umm, maybe you should learn karate. ;-)

  • Rotfl! He is probably scared of you! Kidding ;-)

  • Hehe yes! I love this video! You look so much sexier and more manly than the buff bodybuilder! His muscles are really big.

No offense to him, but warning to all wannabees: The steroids are shrinking his manhood. And when his genitals are half the size of yours and he has low testosterone levels and low sperm count, like probably now, then he'll be sobbing and wishing for your great body! Something for all young men to to think about.
