I will admit, SOME of Bill Gaither's songs are beautiful...but IT IS NOT COOL FOR BILL TO GET ALL THE CREDIT. Yet I will also admit...the drawing style of "Full Metal Alchemist" is also beautiful YET I AVOID THE SHOW BECAUSE OF IT'S CONTENT!!! Im judging rightgouesly, not judging wrongly like Fred Phelps. It troubles me also that Bill Gaither has endorsed Homosexual behavior, Roman Catholicism, Long hair, and Patriotism. I mean everything goes with Bill Gaither.

I have an adult son that had a full-blown (massive) stroke at age 5. The doctors were stunned. God touched him, and he WALKED out of the hospital after only 8 days. I cry every time I hear this song....especially love this version with Bill, Gloria and Wesley Prichard.

thanks for your response. This is one of my favorites also. I get goosebumps when they sing "I Walked Today", "Because He Lives", and some of the other songs. I can just imagine the awe in knowing they were there where the songs took place!

My daughter and I were watching some of the Gaither Precious Memories and the 'new' GVB sang Because He Lives. Bill said he and Gloria wrote that in 1963! Can you believe it?? So I was telling my daughter that back when Gaither started, it was his sister and his brother Danny-what an amazing singer-and Bill who were the Trio. Then his sis got married and did not want to travel, Bill married Gloria and the Gaither Trio went on. Now, songs like He Touched Me etc have been sung millions of times
